Gaby is a dancer, a traveler, and overall a tea enthusiast and the founder of Teascopia, her lovely project as a tea sommelier. In 2011 Gaby became a sommelier, and after finding out that tea was an endless source of inspiration she decided to make this her new professional career. Teascopia is the place where she shares everything that she loves and the new things that she discovers about the tea world; from its rituals and ceremonies to blends, colors, storage tips and great collaborations with friends.

Where do you live? Barcelona, Spain.
Where do you come from? I was born in Birmingham, UK but I grew up in Caracas, Venezuela. I’ve also spent the last few years living in London, New York and Buenos Aires.
Where do you (day)dream to go next? I’d like to go on a tea trip to Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan.
What do you like the most about traveling? To discover, to wonder… Everything but luggage!
Is there a thing/ritual that you always have to do when you travel? I always try to find some good local places to eat and flea markets.
