WORLD FILM PHOTOGRAPHY DAY

Whenever I travel, the first thing I always pack is my film camera. Usually a LOMO LC-A, but if I’m traveling light I usually include my Fuji Polaroid and the Dianita F+. I’m just gonna go ahead and repeat how wonderful is the delayed gratification of having to wait until you see what you have captured because is awesome, and the bittersweet pleasure of not surrender to the instinct of shooting a photo waiting for another one because you only have 36 opportunities, 36 memories to build. Sometimes though, you go around a click like a crazy person and spend your 36 shots in just one (amazing) flower. That’s brilliant too.

Here I share with you some film photos of my last holidays in Italy. A bit of Venice, Torno, Lake Como, Milano and Belaggio. Sigh. Can’t wait for the summer to come and to have a spritz in the sun overlooking a body of water. Any body of water.

Happy world film photo my friends!
