Where do you live? Currently in Barcelona.

Where do you come from? Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Where do you (day)dream to go next? Japaaaan! I have a really closed venezuelan friend living in Tokyo, would be amazing to spend some days in Tokyo and then go to the countryside.

What do you like most about traveling? Going to local markets, i try to never leave a place without going a market. (because i love eating). That´s where you can get to know: the people, scents, flavors, the spoken word (people screaming, talking, giving food or theraphy advices, etc)

A ritual or a thing that you cannot miss when you travel? Do derivas, getting lost in the city is the best way to arrive to beautiful spots. Always try to read something referral to the destiny (for example, before Tanger: read Burroughs), that gives you a different essence and perspective of the city.

This is the wonderful and poetic minimap Valentina have illustrated for you:

Barcelona: All About Tea.
